We talk through your equipment reality. You show us your Excel maintenance plans and shift logs, we show you a matching demo setup. Clear answer at the end: fits or doesn't.

Setup sprint — one-time, 2 to 4 weeks.

We build your equipment master data, maintenance plans, technician tours, and spare-parts inventory into the platform. QR codes for your machines, tablet setup for the crew, audit export for ISO 9001. **Pilot customers:** free. **Regular customers:** fixed price (4-figure range), depending on number of sites.

Hosting + support — monthly, no per-user surcharge.

Hosting in your chosen region (Hetzner, OVH, AWS — or on-prem on your own server). Updates, backups, monitoring, direct Slack channel to the maintainer. Monthly fixed price by number of equipment items, not by headcount.

**Important:** setup sprint and ongoing hosting are separate line items. Setup one-time, hosting monthly. Pilot program covers both for 3 months. (Self-host path with ~€50/month server cost is the separate option for your own devs — not the service price here.)
